Return Process

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a detailed description of the issue or reason for return.

  For defective items, provide clear photos or videos of the hardware setup and code to help our engineers verify the technical fault.

  Secure Packaging

  Once authorized, pack the items in their original anti-static packaging and protective boxes to prevent ESD damage during transit.

  Refund Processing

  After our quality control team inspects the returned hardware, your refund or replacement will be processed within 5-7 business days.
